Job description

- Job Title: Application Development and Support 3
- Location: Remote
- Duration: Until April 2028
- Role: Assist with application development, system maintenance and support for the Client Investment Office
- Main Tasks: Providing technical analysis, application development, and support to INVO business critical execution and order management trading system (CRIMS), Investment Data Processing (IDaP) and its affiliated tools.
- Minimum Qualifications: Includes 10 years of experience in supporting critical investment management systems, C# language skills, Microsoft .NET and SQL Server technologies, 5 years of experience in Excel Macros, MS Access, Technical Project Management, performance tuning complex SQL queries, developing and deploying Crystal reports and/or SSRS reports, and 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud hosted environment and HTTPS and SFTP/FTP tools.
- Deliverable 1: Analyzing business requirements, estimating the level of effort, and providing technical assistance based on existing application and processes.
- Deliverable 2: Developing and supporting file transfer processes, assisting team members in Azure Cloud developments, CRIMS upgrade, and developing custom code, maintaining documentation, and deploying solutions to production environments.
- Deliverable 3: Assisting team members in daily monitoring and support of CRIMS and IDaP, supporting business processes, maintaining and supporting other INVO Systems and Processes related to IDaP, escalating system issues, tracking production issues and resolutions, and providing periodic updates.
- Deliverable 4: Ensuring knowledge transfer by discussing all work products and deliverables with the contract manager, documenting all information in a file share, and scheduling knowledge transfer sessions.
