Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that are aligned with their specific needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and practical self-care strategies to promote mental wellness.
  • Continuously monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on observed outcomes.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
  • Stay updated on current research regarding mood disorders to enhance treatment approaches and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Advocate for clients’ mental health needs within the community, working to reduce stigma and ensure access to care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
