DevOps Engineer Intermediate:
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing DevOps processes and tools, as well as troubleshooting issues that arise. The role also involves working closely with various teams to achieve the desired outcome.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system architecture and the interplay between various services, such as servers, databases, APIs, load balancers, firewalls, and other related components that comprise the delivery of the service as well as experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Windows Server, SQL, Azure Devops, DataDog, Terraform and Ansible.
Responsibilities
• Automating the deployment of infrastructure and maintenance via Terraform and Ansible
• Develop and deploy pipelines via Azure DevOps
• Configure/Administrator Kubernetes, Helmchart and Docker images
• Deliver projects though, planning, design, execution, and completion
• Datadog monitoring and configuration
• Design, build, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure
• Troubleshoot components that comprise the delivery of the service (Windows, IIS, NGNIX, DNS, Kubernetes, Helmchart, Conductor, Lambda, Docker, Hangfire, PrizimDoc, SQL, MongoDB, Postgress and Redis)
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a related field
• Experience with building and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines
• Strong working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Understanding of logging and monitoring and the relationship between health and performance of the environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in writing scripts in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Support on-call responsibilities
