Senior Consultant - Data Analytics & AI is responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge analytics and AI solutions to help clients harness the power of their data. This role requires deep expertise in data analytics and AI, cloud-based platforms, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Fabric. Lead data initiatives, optimize data pipelines, and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & AI Solutions Development:
  • Design and implement data analytics to support client business needs.
  • Develop scalable data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and real-time analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Optimize data integration workflows using Microsoft OneLake, Synapse Data Engineering, and Data Factory.
  • Implement AI-driven automation, predictive modeling, and machine learning solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across cloud and on-premises environments.

Microsoft Fabric & Cloud Expertise:
  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric's suite of tools, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Power BI, and Lakehouse architecture.
  • Optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
  • Ability to guide clients in Microsoft Power BI data modeling, dashboard development, and AI-powered insights.

Project Delivery & Execution:
  • Develop end-to-end analytics, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Monitor project risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and proactively mitigate roadblocks.
  • Ensure documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for sustainable analytics adoption.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or cloud-based data engineering, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, OneLake, and Power BI is ideal.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and AI development.
  • Experience with Azure services (Data Lake, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Databricks, or Power Automate).
