About the Role:
We are seeking an Azure Engineer to join our Cloud & Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Microsoft Azure experience who enjoys designing, implementing, and supporting modern cloud solutions. The Azure Engineer will work with clients and internal teams to deploy, maintain, and optimize Azure environments, Microsoft 365 services, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Assist with Azure migrations and cloud modernization projects.
  • Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and Azure AD.
  • Support Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Monitor Azure resources and troubleshoot performance, availability, and security issues.
  • Implement Azure backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Configure and maintain identity management solutions, including Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on infrastructure and cloud projects.
  • Stay current on Azure services, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud engineering experience.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
  • Experience with:
    • Azure Virtual Machines
    • Azure Storage
    • Azure Virtual Networks
    • Azure Backup
    • Entra ID (Azure AD)
    • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Basic understanding of cloud security and governance concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience documenting solutions and technical procedures.
