Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs accurately, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Provide therapy services using a range of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques suitable for individual, group, and family settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and community organizations to create coordinated care plans that address all aspects of a client’s well-being.
  • Utilize your crisis intervention skills to support clients in emergency situations, providing immediate support and resources during acute mental health crises.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and decrease stigma, contributing to community education and health initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and end-of-life issues, particularly in the hospice context. Our holistic approach facilitates meaningful interactions with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, thus enhancing your clinical competence.

Qualifications
  • A current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships.
  • Cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.
Preferred Experience

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
