Based in Livermore, California, AGTEK Development Company, a part of Hexagon, is a niche software company widely recognized as the leading supplier of earthwork takeoff, 3D modeling and production tracking solutions for heavy construction contractors. We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our Global Support Organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical support for customers and sales representatives over the phone, internet and via e-mail, for AGTEK software products
  • Provide a friendly, courteous experience for customers
  • Address customer problems within established response time
  • Suggest changes and methods for the improvement of our products
  • Verify, and if necessary, report defects when encountered during testing, support or training

  • Test new versions and updates
  • Confirm bug fixes and maintain bug tracking system
