Work Environment

This role is designed to be 100% remote, allowing our counselors to work comfortably from home or any location that suits them best. OurOperations team simplifies administrative tasks, enabling clinicians to dedicate their time and expertise to providing outstanding patient care. You will collaborate with a supportive admissions and assessment team that ensures your calendar remains full for group and individual sessions, enhancing your ability to make a positive impact on your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individual counseling and facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and frameworks to promote sustainable healing and mental wellness among clients.
  • Participate in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and strategies aimed at enriching therapy practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment progress within our digital health management system.
  • Stay updated on current mental health trends, best practices, and continuing education requirements, with access to free CEUs provided by the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adolescents and young adults, a demographic increasingly affected by mental health issues. Our approach focuses on building meaningful therapeutic relationships, ensuring a conducive environment for healing. With a cap of eight clients per group, you will dive deep into their experiences, providing the personalized attention necessary for substantial progress.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Active and unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Availability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week, with flexibility to increase up to full-time depending on whether you choose a contract 1099 position or a W2 employment model.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, although we offer training for those new to virtual counseling.
  • Background in substance use disorder treatment or trauma-informed care will be considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage young clients effectively and foster a safe, trusting therapeutic environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
