Job description

IntraEdge has an urgent REMOTE opportunity for a Cisco CCDE Exam Program Manager on a Global Certifications team.

A current CCDE Certification is required.

Job Scope 
  • Team up with the CCDE EPM, owning the development of various aspects of the CCDE exam portfolio for both the CCDE written and Practical exam throughout the entire exam development lifecycle.
  • Use both leadership and collaboration skills to form and manage cross-functional and/or virtual teams with both internal and external stakeholders throughout exam design and development cycle.
  • Combine strategic and creative thinking with efficient, time-sensitive execution to drive development of Cisco exams.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Drive the entire exam development lifecycle, from exam design through development, ensuring exam quality and relevancy.
  • Implement assessment best practices in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of the exams.
  • Build a healthy exam item bank, respecting the exam design guidelines. 
  • Build working relationships, and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to participate in the design, development, and review of Cisco certification exams to ensure quality and validity of the exam(s)
 
Skills / Education
  • CCDE certified (CCIE is a plus) with proven high level design skills with a strong business understanding.
  • Proven high level network design skills for complex enterprise network solutions is a must, including profound design skills in 1 or more of the below areas of expertise:
    • Workforce Mobility
    • On-prem and Cloud Services
    • Large Scale Networks
    • AI Infrastructure
  • Be able to work independently, have strong organizational and time management skills, and have attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience in program management.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral is required in order to be able to write clear and concise exam content.
  • Assessment knowledge (or interest), especially in performance assessment.
