Job Title: Skilling Advisor, Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Programs (Nonprofit Focus)
Location: 100% Remote, EST hours required
Travel required: Up to 5% for workshops or strategic events
Rate: $62-$64/ hour
The Skilling Advisor is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot training programs tailored to nonprofit organizations. This role combines technical expertise, instructional design, and advisory capabilities to support responsible AI adoption. The Skilling Advisor enables partners and clients to build practical skills, implement Copilot solutions, and adopt governance frameworks that align with mission-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable learning assets, including courses, workshops, facilitator guides, templates, and reusable materials focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, and Copilot Studio
  • Produce high-quality instructional video content, including scripting, recording, editing, and publishing tutorials, demos, and on-demand learning series
  • Lead development and execution of skilling strategies, learning pathways, and training programs for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Advise partners and clients on AI adoption, including change management, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices
  • Tailor learning content to nonprofit and public sector environments, addressing operational constraints and mission outcomes
  • Integrate Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics, Security, Fabric, and Purview into skilling programs when applicable
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess learning needs and deliver impactful programs
  • Track engagement metrics, learner outcomes, and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery effectiveness
  • Stay current with advancements in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI governance practices
  • Enable delivery partners through train-the-trainer models and scalable learning assets
  • Support nonprofit cohorts within structured programs, guiding skill development and responsible tool adoption
