We are seeking a results-driven Building Automation Solutions Consultant to expand our presence within the commercial and institutional facilities market. This position focuses on identifying customer challenges, recommending tailored automation and controls solutions, and developing long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate combines technical understanding, consultative selling skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal project teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Territory & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across assigned accounts and target markets.
  • Build strategic relationships with facility directors, building owners, engineers, contractors, and operations leaders.
  • Develop territory plans that support sustained sales growth.
  • Participate in industry associations, networking events, and prospecting efforts to expand market awareness.

What We're Looking For
  • Five or more years of sales experience within building automation, controls, HVAC, energy services, facility technologies, or a related market.
  • Demonstrated success generating new business and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience leading consultative sales conversations and solution-based engagements.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to navigate opportunities involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Established network within commercial facilities, construction, healthcare, education, industrial, or government sectors.
  • Background selling recurring service agreements or long-term support programs.
  • Knowledge of modern smart-building strategies and connected technologies.
