  • Experience supporting technology solutions in distribution center, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment environments.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Experience with system integration concepts, process flows, data flows, and end-to-end solution testing.
  • Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, UAT documentation, and defect documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with experience working across operations, business, and technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience with distribution center automation, warehouse automation, robotics, conveyor systems, sortation, WMS, WES, WCS, or related platforms.
  • Understanding of automation architecture, integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and enterprise system connectivity.
  • Experience working in Agile, product delivery, or large-scale technology implementation environments.
  • Experience supporting regulated, secure, or enterprise-scale technology solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, resolve ambiguity, and align stakeholders on business and technical outcomes.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or similar documentation and delivery platforms.
Travel, Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Work model may be remote, hybrid, or on-site based on business and team needs.
  • Travel to distribution centers or business locations may be required to support discovery, testing, implementation, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Role may require time in a distribution center environment and the ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
