Job description

TDS Global Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing global customer experience and business process outsourcing organization seeking a strategic and commercially minded Practice Lead focused on the Automotive and Auto Finance sector.
This is a highly visible leadership role designed for an industry expert who can combine deep domain knowledge with strategic account growth, executive relationship management, and solution-oriented leadership.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience supporting Automotive and/or Auto Finance clients within customer operations, servicing, lending, collections, or related environments and understands how to drive growth within complex enterprise relationships.
This is not a traditional "hunter" sales role. Instead, the organization is seeking a consultative growth leader who can expand strategic accounts, influence cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic Account Growth
  • Drive organic growth across a portfolio of Automotive and Auto Finance clients
  • Identify expansion opportunities, cross-sell initiatives, and operational improvement opportunities
  • Develop strategic account plans and long-term growth strategies
  • Build and strengthen executive-level client relationships
Industry Expertise & Client Leadership
  • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert (SME) for the Automotive / Auto Finance vertical
  • Provide industry insight related to customer care, servicing, collections, lending support, repossession, total loss, and related operational functions
  • Support executive client discussions with strategic and operational expertise
  • Translate industry trends into actionable client solutions
Solutioning & Commercial Support
  • Partner with sales, operations, and delivery teams during new business pursuits and solution development
  • Support onboarding, client expansion, and strategic solution design
  • Contribute to value proposition development and go-to-market strategy
  • Influence growth opportunities through consultative client engagement
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, and Executive Leadership teams
  • Balance commercial growth objectives with operational realities and scalability
  • Influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience and SME in the Automotive and/or Auto Finance or Utility industries
  • Strong background in account management, client services, strategic partnerships, or commercial growth leadership
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level client relationships
  • BPO experience is a plus
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within both client-side and BPO/provider environments strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer operations, servicing models, and operational scalability
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder environments
