Basica and Superior Underwriters is seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Damage (PD) Adjuster to handle auto claims involving vehicle repairs. This role is responsible for evaluating damage, coordinating inspections, and negotiating repair costs to ensure a fair and efficient claims process. The position requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of vehicle repairs, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned auto property damage claims from start to finish.
Evaluate vehicle damage and determine the extent of loss using internal guidelines and estimating tools.
Coordinate inspections with repair shops, appraisers, and third-party vendors.
Review and analyze repair estimates for accuracy and compliance with policy provisions.
Negotiate repair costs with repair facilities and claimants to ensure fair settlement.
