Axle Funding is an independent automotive floorplan company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with a presence in 28 markets nationwide. We partner with independent dealers to help them grow through reliable inventory financing, strong local relationships, and hands-on market support.
The Role
The Sales Executive is a field-based, territory-focused role responsible for developing new dealer relationships and strategically expanding Axle Funding's presence within a growing territory. Sales Executives spend the majority of their time in the field visiting dealers and attending auto auctions, with limited remote work for administrative tasks.

What You'll Do
Build and grow a portfolio of dealer relationships across a broad, developing territory
Establish and strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent, relationship-focused engagement
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, referrals, and market expansion
Present and sell Axle Funding's floorplan financing products and services
Maintain a consistent in-market presence through dealer visits and auction participation
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective dealers and guide them through the sales process
Coordinate dealer onboarding with internal teams to ensure a smooth activation experience
Document dealer activity and opportunities in CRM
Become a trusted partner within the local automotive community
Requirements
Spanish speaking highly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
Must be or willing to become a state-licensed Notary
Must currently reside within commuting distance of San Antonio
