Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Fully Remote

Immediate Start | Part-Time or Full-Time

At House of Hearts ABA, we are building something much bigger than a typical ABA company.

We are on a mission to create life-changing impact for families, raise the standard of care in this field, and build a team of clinicians who genuinely care about the work they do. We move fast, we operate with purpose, and we are deeply committed to both clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes.

If you’re a BCBA who wants to do more than just manage cases — if you want to be part of a growing organization that is actively shaping the future of ABA — we want to work with you.

Position Overview:

  • Fully remote role supporting clients in Colorado

  • No state licensure required — only credentialing

  • Looking for someone bilingual

  • Immediate start required

  • Flexible structure: Part-time or Full-time options available

  • Caseload includes both ongoing supervision and initial assessments

  • Clients scheduled across morning and afternoon hours (Mountain Time)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and manage a full caseload of RBTs remotely

  • Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CentralReach

  • Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective care across all clients

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Able to complete credentialing in Colorado (no license required)

  • Strong experience with CentralReach (required)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage a full remote caseload independently

  • Ready to start immediately and take ownership from day one

  • Comfortable supporting both morning and afternoon client schedules

Compensation:

  • Hourly: $70–$90/hour (based on experience)

  • Full-Time Salary Option Available: For BCBAs overseeing 220 billable hours weekly across their RBT caseload

  • Competitive salary structure based on experience and performance

This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who is ready to step in, take ownership, and help us continue building something meaningful.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to connect.
