Jacuzzi Group is a leading global manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and pool equipment. More than four thousand global employees work across our portfolio of brands, including Jacuzzi, Sundance Spas, Hydropool Swim Spas and Hot Tubs, DreamMaker, and more.
With a presence in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Italy, the United Kingdom, France, Brazil, Chile, and Australia, we have more than 65 years of experience delivering innovative wellness products to our consumers across our many brands.
Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own global cash management, liquidity forecasting, and debt compliance for the business, partnering closely with the VP, Finance and senior leadership to keep the company well-positioned with lenders and our private equity sponsor. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for a treasury professional who wants direct exposure to executive decision-making in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.
This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL metro areas.
Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented treasury professional who thrives in a lean, fast-moving finance function and is comfortable operating with minimal layers between yourself and executive leadership. You bring rigor and structure to cash forecasting and lender reporting, while staying calm and adaptable as priorities shift in a private-equity-owned, acquisitive business. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly with stakeholders at every level, and are motivated by the opportunity to grow into a broader treasury leadership role.
What You'll Do
Cash Management & Liquidity Forecasting
• Manage daily domestic and international cash positioning, funding, and pooling activities across the company's bank accounts and entities
• Own and continuously improve the 13-week and long-range cash flow forecasting process, partnering with FP&A and business unit finance teams to improve forecast accuracy
• Administer bank account structure, signatory authority, KYC/documentation requirements, and treasury workstation/TMS operations
Debt & Covenant Compliance
• Monitor compliance with credit agreement covenants (leverage, interest coverage, liquidity, etc.) and prepare related compliance certificates and lender reporting
• Support debt administration, including borrowings/repayments under the revolving credit facility, interest calculations, and coordination with agent banks
• Prepare board- and sponsor-level liquidity, debt, and covenant reporting packages
Banking Relationships & Risk Management
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with relationship banks, lenders, and other financial counterparties
• Manage foreign exchange exposure, including hedging execution and reporting in coordination with the FX risk management policy
• Assist with insurance program renewals, surety/bonding, and cash-related internal controls (SOX/PE audit readiness)
Cross-Functional & Strategic Support
• Support capital structure initiatives, including refinancings, add-on acquisitions, and integration of acquired entities' treasury operations
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal on cash repatriation, intercompany funding, and working capital initiatives
Requirements
What You Bring
Required
• 7+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience, including direct exposure to debt compliance, cash forecasting, and bank relationship management
• Working knowledge of credit agreements, covenant compliance, and lender/agent bank interaction
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury, or similar) and strong Excel/financial modeling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
Preferred
• Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing environment
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification, or progress toward it
• MBA or other advanced degree in finance
• Multi-currency/international treasury experience
Benefits
Jacuzzi Group offers a competitive total compensation package. This position includes a base salary as well as eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus program, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation tied to individual and company results.
Benefits Include:
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
• 401(k) with company matching program
• Life and disability insurance
• Paid time off and company holidays
