• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the unique needs of a variety of clients.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and an eagerness to implement them effectively.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 upon joining our team.
