• Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments and interventions for clients facing immediate mental health emergencies, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders to ensure client safety during critical situations, managing communications and follow-ups as required.

We primarily serve individuals grappling with substance misuse and mental health crises, including those needing urgent support due to acute psychological distress, trauma exposure, and suicidal ideation. Our culturally diverse clientele necessitates an empathetic and sensitive approach tailored to address various backgrounds and experiences.

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of recent professional experience in crisis intervention or mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based crisis intervention techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients during challenging circumstances.
• Knowledge of ethical and legal standards associated with mental health practice is essential.

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with digital communication platforms.
