• Effectively use our telehealth platform to conduct therapy sessions through audio and video calls, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Utilize client communication tools, including online journals and goal-setting resources, to encourage client engagement and monitor therapeutic progress.
• Maintain autonomy in developing individualized treatment plans, applying your expertise to address specific client needs.

Our telehealth platform is tailored to serve adults with low acuity issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. You will work exclusively with clients who have been screened for stability, offering you the opportunity to focus on providing specialized care without the demands of managing severe mental health cases or child patients.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• A valid and fully independent LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Oregon.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• Access to a personal computer or laptop (tablets are not supported for this role).

• Experience using telehealth platforms and familiarization with digital tools for therapy sessions.
• Previous experience in a counseling role focused on adult populations with low-acuity needs.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
