We design, fabricate, and field-erect water storage tanks for clients across the United States. Our commitment to safety, quality, and project excellence sets us apart as a trusted partner in the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities Create, refine, and manage 3D CAD models for structural steel, mechanical systems, and assemblies. Produce and review fabrication, erection, and assembly drawings from engineering specifications and field requirements. Translate engineering calculations and concepts into accurate models and shop drawings.

Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and internal standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, fabrication, quality control, and construction teams) to resolve design challenges. Develop and maintain drafting standards and best practices.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior designers and drafters. Participate in design reviews, constructability assessments, and process improvements. Preferred Experience Background in structural steel, tanks, or pressure vessel design.

Familiarity with ASME, AWS, AWWA, ACI, ASCE, and AISC codes and standards. Experience integrating 3D CAD models for project coordination. Exposure to fabrication shop workflows and field erection practices.

Proficiency with nesting software (e.g., ProNest). Work Environment Remote or office-based (Avon, IN or Sebree, KY). Collaboration with sales, engineering, project management, and shop/field teams

Occasional travel to fabrication facilities or job sites for field verification and design support.
