Seeking Telemedicine Family/Internal Medicine Providers

Circle Medical is an adult-only primary care practice committed to the empanelment of primary care providers resulting in high quality, continuity of care for our patients through a telemedicine-first approach. We are an evidence-based practice that leverages our proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR that ensures a delightful and safe experience for patients and providers via two-way, video-audio appointments.

Pay is a fee-for-service model. Fully empaneled MD/DOs earn an average of $100/hr or $200/hr, respectively, with appointments lasting from 15 to 30 mins. MDs/DOs compensation is $50 per encounter, plus a robust incentive program. Fully empaneled APPs earn an average of $66/hr to $132/hr. APPs compensation is $33 per encounter.

We deliver a true Primary Care Experience rooted in provider empanelment and continuity of care

We are a 7-day-a-week operation offering PCPs the freedom to set their own reoccurring schedules within any combination of days, including evenings and weekends.

PCPs are also supported by a strong team of patient care advocates and a licensed medical team who work with you to ensure our patients get the care and follow-up they need. We require a high degree of technical skill utilizing software and an open mind to fast-paced improvements driven by our product and engineering teams. We are in network with most PPO insurance plans and help our patients understand their coverage so that providers can focus on what is most important.

Education & licenses required for this position
  • Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification
  • Currently licensed in Illinois with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
  • Valid Illinois DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2
  • Ideal candidates will have experience as primary care providers in a clinical setting
  • At least 3 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for APPs
  • At least 2 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for Physicians
  • Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine
  • Willingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions
  • A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2020 is required
