Hourly + Commission: A guaranteed hourly base rate (set at your state's minimum wage) paid every pay period, plus 4%-12% commission on net sales paid every two weeks. Your hourly pay is steady income you can count on - commission is earned on top of it, never against it.
Higher-Commission Plan: Maximize your earning potential with 14%-17% commission on net sales (roughly 20%-25% of gross sales), paid every two weeks.
