• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing, ensuring ethical and compassionate delivery of care.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Engage clients in the therapeutic process, helping them cultivate insights into their feelings, relationships, and personal experiences.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to assist clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of counseling sessions, adhering to organizational guidelines and state regulations.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our goal is to empower these individuals by helping them develop the necessary skills to enhance their quality of life and meet their mental health objectives.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license, permitting independent practice, with credentials including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills combined with a supportive and empathetic nature.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with digital tools required for remote counseling sessions.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities along with a stable internet connection to facilitate video therapy.

While a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, those with additional qualifications, specialties, or a strong background in telehealth counseling will be preferred. Your ability to form rapport and provide tailored therapy will be vital in this role.
