As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a compassionate, ethical, and client-centered approach.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Creating and maintaining detailed treatment plans that outline the progression of care while consistently monitoring clients' progress.
• Empowering clients by helping them develop insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, thus facilitating personal growth.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A valid state-issued mental health counseling license, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, allowing for independent practice without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong empathetic disposition, enabling you to connect meaningfully with clients.
• Proficient technological skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to use computer software for session documentation.
• A reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions, along with a stable internet connection.

We are particularly interested in candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling. Experience working in a telehealth setting and familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy modalities are considered advantageous.
