Job Description
The Senior Director of Growth is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading high-performing sales teams. This role partners closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to expand market share, enhance customer relationships, and achieve business objectives.
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
  • Forecast sales performance and establish growth targets.
  • Provide insights to executive leadership based on market trends and analytics.

Revenue Growth & Performance
  • Own and deliver against revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Drive consistent, scalable sales growth across regions or segments.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization.

Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000-210,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
