You'll be part of a collaborative legal process involving legal assistants, support teams, and multiple stakeholders, all working together to ensure responsible litigation and regulatory compliance in consumer collections. These are remote positions for attorneys licensed and in good standing in their respective states, with regular travel to nearby courts required. We're looking for candidates with courtroom experience, motion practice experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
