Job description

We are looking for an Attorney/Lawyer to support real estate transfers connected to estate planning matters on a part time basis (5-10 hours/week). This remote position is ideal for a licensed legal specialist with strong attention to detail who can manage property-related legal work with accuracy, sound judgment, and close attention to client needs. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documentation, advising on transfer matters, and helping ensure transactions are completed in compliance with applicable laws and estate planning objectives.


Responsibilities:

• Handle legal matters involving the transfer of real property as part of estate planning arrangements.

• Prepare, review, and revise deeds, motions, briefs, and related legal documents to support property transfers and associated proceedings.

• Analyze estate planning files and property records to identify legal considerations that may affect ownership changes.

• Provide legal guidance on title, transfer, and documentation requirements to help facilitate accurate and timely transactions.

• Coordinate with clients, fiduciaries, and other involved parties to gather necessary information and move matters forward efficiently.

• Conduct legal research and apply relevant state laws and regulations to estate planning and real estate transfer issues.

• Monitor case progress and maintain organized records to support deadlines, filings, and transaction completion.

• Active NH attorney license required in the applicable jurisdiction.

• Demonstrated experience handling estate planning matters that involve real estate transfers.
