As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health conditions.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and individualized client needs.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, aiding in clients' recovery journeys.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with a skilled treatment team, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to coordinate holistic client care.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families to foster a better understanding of their conditions.
• Staying informed about current mental health research, trends, and practices to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will work with a wide array of clients, encompassing individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and family dynamics. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques, including but not limited to solution-based psychotherapy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities conducive to developing effective treatment plans.

Preferred candidates will have experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, and working within community health environments. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous as we navigate remote service delivery.
