This is a remote, work from home position. This position will require initial training along with periodic team events onsite within either of our facilities in either Owatonna, MN or Syracuse, NY.  This position will require 25% travel to our Dealer partners.

Our team is seeking a Performing Arts Dealer Program Leader who is responsible for achieving sales and profit goals by managing overall Performing Arts Dealer relationships while simultaneously working with others across the organization to ensure team and company objectives are met. This position is responsible for setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of all Performing Arts Dealers.

At a minimum you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant Wenger Corporation work experience
  • Ten (10) years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization success 
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM

  • Masters degree in business administration

As a Performing Arts Dealer Program Leader a typical day might include: 

  • Creating and maintaining a competitive advantaged Performing Arts Dealer Program to improve market penetration and drive profitable growth
  • Determining, executing, and reporting on program pricing strategy  
  • Determining all products and services that are or should be provided to Dealers
  • Determining territories, coverage, and any potential for product or service exclusivity
  • Determining, measuring and reporting on all Key Performance Indicators
  • Creating transparent relationship between Sales and Performing Arts Dealers
  • Terminating Performing Arts Dealers/Partners which do not meet KPI’s or support Wenger Corporation
  • Training on product and sales techniques for all Performing Arts Dealers/Partners
  • Coordinating as point person all Performing Arts Sales Bids (Regional/State/District)
  • Achieving annual Order Intake and Sales Objectives while meeting or exceeding company profit objectives
  • Working with National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Partnering with Marketing to develop and implement Sales & Marketing Campaigns with Dealer partners
  • Adhering to and following the Wenger sales processes
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, and market competitors
  • Traveling as needed to meet and work with Performing Arts Dealer partners
  • Collaborating with Executive leadership to help develop sales budgets and strategic plans
