Required Qualifications

We are seeking a CC&B Test engineer  to manage end-to-end testing activities for applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with industry standards, and smooth execution of test cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong Utility Operations domain expertise, experience in test planning and execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination. Additionally, exposure to test automation, including Tosca, is preferred.

CC&B Experience

* Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and testing for CC&B projects.

Role Responsibilities:

CC&B Experience

* Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and testing for CC&B projects.

* Must have experience with CC&B EDI.

Test Strategy & Execution:

* Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases applications.

* Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.

* Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases.

* Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance.

* Work closely with developers, business analysts, and teams to align testing activities with project requirements.

Defect Management & Quality Assurance:
