HubSpot Strategist + Consultant (Remote)
About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and dynamic HubSpot Strategist with a strong marketing and sales operations background to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in every hub of HubSpot, from Starter to Enterprise.
You'll serve as the lead strategist for a portfolio of RevOps clients, leading them to a stronger HubSpot instance and overcoming roadblocks. Common services are Solutions Architecture, Migrations, Implementations, Integrations, Automations, Reporting, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing, sales, and business objectives, and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions.
  • Design and architect HubSpot implementations that align with best practices and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop customized workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline processes and enhance marketing performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams on HubSpot capabilities, features, and customization options.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate clients on utilizing HubSpot effectively and maximizing its potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the marketing technology landscape, particularly within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Strategist or similar role, with a strong background in HubSpot implementations.
  • Three years in an agency setting, preferably with a HubSpot Solutions Partner
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's suite of tools and hubs
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's native AI tools and other LLM integrations
  • Proficiency in creating custom workflows, automation, and integrations within HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze client requirements and design solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of Marketing + Sales Operations

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 to $95,000 per year. ATAK also offers a full benefits package, including unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, and a 401k with 5% match.
