What Youโll Do \t- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy
\t- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues efficiently
\t- Process orders and credit card payments securely and accurately
\t- Follow up on orders and send timely updates to internal research teams
\t- Maintain clear, accurate records in internal systems
\t- Add and manage corporate usersโ accounts as needed
\t- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards (especially with sensitive personal information)
\t- Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
What Weโre Looking For ย
Required Qualifications \t- High School diploma or GED
