They work remotely, often collaborating with teams through digital communication tools, to develop solutions that support AT&T’s services and infrastructure. Their responsibilities may include analyzing requirements, coding, debugging, and ensuring the security and performance of applications. Typically, they need strong Java programming skills and familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Hibernate. Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies is also often required.
