• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to understand their unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling through various modalities including scheduled live video sessions, asynchronous messaging, and interactive clinical worksheets.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage with clients regularly, utilizing varied therapeutic techniques tailored to fit individual preferences and therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the platform to share insights and clinical best practices.

This position focuses on a varied patient population, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and life transitions. • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).
• Full Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor credentials (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted teletherapy services.
• Current residency in the United States is required for this role.

• Prior experience providing therapy to adults, couples, and/or adolescents is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a full clinical caseload quickly, ideally within the first month of employment.
• Experience in utilizing technology for therapeutic services, including virtual platforms and client engagement tools.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and client engagement levels. Counselors will benefit from a sign-on bonus and will receive weekly direct deposits for their services. Additionally, you will have the autonomy to establish your schedules, allowing for substantial work-life balance.
