To thrive as a Remote Associate, you need strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in the specific field or industry, often supported by a relevant degree or work experience. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and cloud-based project management systems is typically required. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities help remote associates stand out in virtual teams. These skills and qualities are crucial for maintaining productivity, accountability, and effective teamwork in a remote work environment.

How do Remote Associates typically collaborate with their teams to ensure effective communication and project progress?

Remote Associates frequently use digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms to stay connected with their teams. Regular virtual meetings, daily check-ins, and clear documentation help bridge the distance and keep everyone aligned on project goals. Associate Attorney (Real Estate / Title & Foreclosure) - Remote
A well-established, high-volume legal practice with a strong footprint across the Southeast is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing real estate and foreclosure team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys title analysis, problem-solving, and managing a steady caseload in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • Flexible hybrid or remote work options (based on experience)
  • Consistent workflow with high-volume, steady caseload
  • Opportunity to develop deep expertise in title review and foreclosure
  • Collaborative team environment with strong operational support
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
What You'll Do
  • Review title examinations and identify issues, providing clear recommendations for resolution
  • Handle title curative work, resolving both simple and complex title defects
  • Analyze loan, title, and foreclosure documents for legal and compliance accuracy
  • Support non-judicial foreclosure processes from review through execution
  • Manage an independent caseload while meeting turnaround expectations (24-48 hours)
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurers, and internal teams
  • Draft and review legal documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate updates in case management and client systems
What We're Looking For
  • J.D. and active Florida law license (required)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate law, title review, or title curative work
  • Strong understanding of title standards and foreclosure processes
  • Ability to manage volume while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred:
  • Multi-state licensure (GA, TX, or MS a plus)
  • Experience with mortgage servicing or foreclosure client systems (e.g., BKFS, Tempo)
