The combined organization operates as a multi-entity aerospace and defense technology and tech-enabled services and manufacturing enterprise positioned for scalable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. OVERVIEW Full-time/Permanent Employee Location: Hollywood, MD Our client has an immediate opening for several Senior/Mid-level Systems Engineers. The positions are located at CTSi headquarters in Southern Maryland in support of multiple aircraft avionics integration efforts.

This is a highly technical position that is customer facing, will require international travel, and requires a high level of initiative. The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate system design information to a large spectrum of engineering disciplines, as well as customers at all leadership levels. The preference is the successful candidates would be willing to work full time in St.

Mary's County, Maryland, however, under the right circumstance, consideration for the possibility of remote work will be considered. The proposed salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 . There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS Clearance: Eligible to obtain Secret Clearance (Active Secret Clearance preferred) Education and Years of Experience: BS degree (MS preferred) in Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program and 6-8 years of relevant experience. * System architecture & design, including documentation / artifact capture. * Requirements management, including capture, decomposition, & tracing.

* Aircraft avionics or weapons integration experience. * Understand the RFM process to successfully gain an ATO for the avionics systems to be integrated. * Understand RTOS, OMS/UCI, 1553, Ethernet.

* Modular Open Systems Architecture principals. * Understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering. * System integration & testing.

* Change Request / Change Management (CR/CM) techniques & processes. * Prior experience performing detailed analysis and preparing for Design Reviews. * Link-16 knowledge or experience a plus.
