About the Presentation Designer Position

2020 Companies is looking for a Presentation Designer who can bring their impeccable skills to the design and development of investment and sales presentations and other business development collateral.

To be a successful designer, you should have a breadth of understanding about business marketing collateral creation, graphic design, and translating complex messaging into visual, simple, and easy to understand collateral.

Job Description:

  • Work directly with the business development and client service team and indirectly with clients to understand end goals, target audience, and messaging
  • Utilize collaboration and design tools, along with design best practices, to create winning pitch decks for our clients
  • Translate key business components into stunning visuals for ease of audience understanding and buy-in
  • Maintain design production and RFP responses under tight timelines
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and internal stakeholders
  • Work with the business development team to collaborate on RFP responses, projects, and asset refreshes for client-facing deliverables
  • Organize and categorize existing creative assets: reviewing, curating, simplifying, storing, and organizing all of the current content that we have
  • Ability to write content designed to support 2020 Companies messaging and service offerings in a captivating manner that speaks to broad audiences
  • Creation of brand content focused on 2020 Companies service offerings for regular release on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and IG,  for purposes of generating ongoing business leads

Qualifications:

  • Experience with and deep working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva and Google slides as a design tool
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred
  • Bonus points for experience with ClearSlide or other trackable creative asset platforms
  • Design degree is not required, but is a plus (so is the equivalent demonstration of design experience and aptitude)
  • Ability to quickly adopt and understand new technology and tools
  • Desire to gain new skills and expand personal design capabilities
  • Ability to take critical feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail throughout the presentation
  • General business understanding is a plus
  • Experience with Account Management is a plus
