We are currently seeking a Volunteer AI Software Developer to join our dynamic remote team. Whether you're an individual or a group of collaborators, this is your chance to contribute meaningfully while honing your technical skills.

  • This is a remote, flexible, and rewarding volunteer opportunityideal for students, professionals, or recent graduates looking to gain experience, expand their portfolio, and use AI for a life-saving cause.

Who Should Apply

We especially welcome eligible F-1 students with OPT or CPT status and can offer at least 20 hours per week of volunteer work. This is also a great opportunity for those looking to contribute to social good, build real-world AI applications, and collaborate with a dedicated team.

What You’ll Do

As our AI Software Developer, you’ll help design and implement creative AI-driven solutions to expand our mission. You will:

  • Choose a current AI powered marketing system seen on the Internet and create a similar one for us.
  • Build AI-powered features for marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Create tools that help recruit more patients, potential donors, advertisers, and high-value item donations (real estate, cars, boats, stocks, collectibles, etc.).
  • Develop models and features to attract more advertisers and users to our network of websites, including:

We need someone who can, create a set and forget system that can deliver marketing for MatchingDonors.com, and to get more patients needing transplants and potential organ donors to register on MatchingDonors.com. Also, to get more Real Estate, Cars, Boats, RV's, Planes, Stocks and Collectibles donated to Matchingdonors.com. Also, get more advertisers to our DailyDiabetesNews.com, DailyTransplantNews.com, and IrishDailyTransplantNews.com, and MatchingDonors.com websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with a remote team of developers and volunteers.
  • Contribute to open-source and internal AI projects.
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing.
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
  • Stay current on trends and developments in AI/ML.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
