• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and psychometric evaluations, identifying symptoms and critical issues to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, customized to address each client’s specific challenges and experiences.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing their progress and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, facilitating accessibility for those with mobility challenges or those who live in remote areas.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and peer supervision sessions, integrating current best practices into your clinical work.

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build trustful therapeutic alliances with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach combined with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences is critical for success in this role.

• Experience in a private practice, outpatient care, or community mental health settings is preferred to better understand the nuances of client care.

• Previous work with diverse populations, understanding different cultural contexts relating to mental health and therapy.
