Our premier firm helps clients resolve their business disputes in an efficient, streamlined, and cost-effective manner. Over many decades of experience, the partners and professional staff of JB have become known for a unique combination of corporate sophistication and genuine approachability.
This integral position in the firm will manage case files to formulate next course of action and represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances in Franklin County and Hamilton County. Occasional travel to courts in neighboring counties will also be required.
Qualified candidates:
  • One (1) to three (3) years of civil litigation experience.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the Creditors' Rights or Collection fields preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast pace, high volume environment
  • Experience creating persuasive communications materials
  • Strong investigative skills to uncover facts, causes of action and determine next steps
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

Education/Training/Experience:
  • Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
  • Ohio license required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Subrogation or insurance experience a plus
