Key Responsibilities

  • Document client medical and psychological histories, treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in condition accurately in electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to discuss client care strategies and share insights regarding psychosocial stressors impacting the clientโ€™s well-being.
  • Facilitate connections for clients with community-based services when necessary, addressing issues such as housing, education, and vocational rehabilitation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a diverse range of age groups and backgrounds, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health conditions. You will work closely with families and individuals navigating life transitions, crises, and complex emotional challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in providing telehealth services is highly preferred, along with proven experience in a clinical counseling role working with a varied clientele.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is essential for this role.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and knowledge of community resources related to mental health will be beneficial.
