This full-time position is 100% remote, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your home while utilizing advanced telehealth technology. You'll connect with clients using our secure and user-friendly video platform, facilitating a seamless therapeutic experience that meets the needs of individuals in various locations across California.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through live video, providing individualized care for clients dealing with a spectrum of emotional challenges.
• Engage clients in thought-provoking discussions to help them articulate their feelings and identify behaviors that may hinder their progress.
• Monitor client progress using self-assessments and goal measures, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize telemedicine tools and technology to ensure effective communication and treatment delivery, adapting to any technological challenges that may arise.
• Develop and facilitate group therapy sessions that promote community support and shared healing experiences among clients.

Your primary focus will be adults who are facing mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and feelings stemming from grief and loss. You will play a crucial role in helping them navigate these challenges, offering empathy, understanding, and strategic interventions to promote healing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• An active LPCC license issued by the State of California, which verifies your capability to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
• Demonstrated knowledge of psychological theories, diagnostic methodologies, and therapeutic practices essential for mental health treatment.
• Proficient with technology including computers and video-conferencing software, ensuring a smooth transition to remote counseling.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based practices to individual adults suffering from mental health disorders.
