• Conduct ethical, supportive individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing active listening and empathetic communication strategies.
• Utilize a variety of solution-focused treatment modalities to address the unique needs of each client and facilitate meaningful progress.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate client feedback and adhere to best practices in mental health care.
• Assist clients in gaining insights regarding their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships to promote understanding and growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support the development of healthy coping mechanisms and adaptive strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to share resources and experiences, contributing to a cohesive approach toward client care.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults coping with a range of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, and stress management. By creating a safe space for clients to engage openly, you will empower them to improve their mental wellness and develop strategies to navigate everyday challenges. This role provides an opportunity to work with diverse individuals, ensuring that each client is treated with respect and understanding.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently (such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is mandatory.
• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses will be considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a genuine desire to support clients in their mental health journeys.
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital communication and virtual counseling platforms.

• Experience working with diverse client populations, particularly in a remote or community health setting.
• Familiarity with solution-based, cognitive-behavioral, or integrative therapeutic approaches.
• Strong background in developing individualized treatment plans and adjusting interventions based on client feedback and progress.
