Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Newport Beach, United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex civil engineering projects, drive innovation, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

  • Oversee and manage multiple civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in business development and marketing initiatives
  • Lead project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses for potential projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success
  • Perform and review advanced engineering calculations, ensuring accuracy in detailed drawings, specifications, and technical reports
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly those specific to Newport Beach and California
  • Drive innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge civil engineering technologies and methodologies
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in California required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project design and management

Additional Information

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Duties are typically performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.

Compensation
The total compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary starting at $130,000+, combined with a performance-based bonus structure tied to the individual's contributions to the overall success and growth of the office. The base salary will be established based on the level of experience and contribution the individual can make.
