  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, sales, finance, and other internal teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships through responsive, accurate, and professional communication.
  • Help identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Attend required training and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines working independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience reading project plans and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems (Sage 100 Contractor SQL preferred); ability to quickly learn additional platforms such as Visio, AutoCAD, MS Project, and SharePoint
  • Experience in proposal development and CRM database management, specifically HubSpot.
  • Commercial, industrial, or construction project experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on skill in low voltage installation is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight travel as project needs require.
