Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize behavioral techniques to support client progress and address issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance team collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily involve working with clients seeking help for various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship challenges. You will support individuals, couples, and families, focusing on fostering trust and collaboration to achieve effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
  • A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant setting, showcasing a strong grasp of therapeutic modalities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and effectively convey therapeutic concepts to clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient progress and maintain compliance.
  • Familiarity with telehealth delivery and comfort utilizing technology to conduct sessions efficiently.
  • Demonstrated success in utilizing behavioral techniques and evidence-based practices in therapy.
