Overview
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant II role is providing administrative
support for assigned offices through a variety of tasks to ensure efficient operations. The
Administrative Assistant II also provides client support with the ability to navigate one
Vendor Management System.
This role reports to the Administrative Supervisor.
Responsibilities
50% Data Entry
• Enters Client job orders in Edge
• Enters Client sourced information into Edge (i.e., meetings/notes,
interviews, communications, activities)
• Documentation sharing with office (i.e., sending out job order
information to teams, updating dashboards)
15% Administrative Office Support
• Completes empty hours
• Sends FedEx packages when needed
• Codes invoices to be paid
• Sets up skill tests
• Sets up new hire desks
15% Client Support
• Able to navigate one VMS
• Pulls information for job orders
10% Office Upkeep
• Orders office and kitchen supplies
• Maintains shared office spaces (kitchen, supply closet, reception,
printer stations)
10% Development and Additional Responsibilities
• Stays current with industry trends and best practices through
regular research and professional development
• Develops and maintains relevant skills
• Performs any other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
• 2+ years of Administrative Experience
• High School education required
• Working experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
