• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to ascertain their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based therapies.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, focusing on issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, tracking progress and adjusting treatment methods as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who prefer virtual appointments or those facing accessibility challenges.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training, workshops, and peer consultation, to enhance clinical skills.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively, maintaining caseloads and meeting deadlines.

While not mandatory, experience in a clinical setting dealing with diverse populations or specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a valuable asset. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
