• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to accurately identify patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention to patients dealing with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops focusing on relevant topics like stress management, coping strategies, and personal development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care and support services.
• Participate in outreach initiatives that aim to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote access to care through campaigns and wellness events.
• Maintain thorough, confidential electronic patient records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards while tracking progress towards treatment goals.

This position primarily serves a diverse patient population, including individuals from various backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health issues. Our clients often seek support for specific conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in enhancing their mental well-being and fostering personal resilience through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues specific to individuals seeking care in a telehealth setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge effective connections with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models, particularly applicable to virtual counseling environments.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining high standards of patient care.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required, preferably with a focus on telehealth services.
• Experience working within a hospital or clinical counseling environment is advantageous.
• A background in crisis intervention and brief therapeutic models will be considered a valuable asset.

• Salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
